ENHYPEN dazzle with their vampiric humour in their music video for “Brought The Heat Back” from their chart-topping 2nd Studio Album ROMANCE : UNTOLD.
Released today on the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel, the music video captures the members in a playful chase, pursuing a cat that mysteriously appears one day. Reflecting the lyrics of the song, the seven members humorously portray jealousy towards the member who has the cat. Notably, their expressive faces reveal new facets of their personalities, offering a lighter, more playful contrast to their previously darker, more serious concepts. The powerful yet kitschy performance, coupled with ENHYPEN's synchronised choreography, adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the video.
Produced by the Grammy-winning producer Cirkut, “Brought The Heat Back” is a Funk/Dance Pop track that lyrically explores the boys’ attempt to maintain composure while wrestling with newfound jealousy. Cirkut, who also produced the group’s hit “Bite Me” last year, brings his expertise to this dynamic track, which features a constantly evolving beat and vibrant melodic progression.
Released on July 12, ENHYPEN’s 2nd Studio Album ROMANCE : UNTOLD debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 124,000 units. It marks their seventh chart entry and highest position yet, surpassing their previous record set by ORANGE BLOOD (released November 2023) by more than 30,000 units. The album also sold more than 2.3 million copies worldwide in its first week, achieving the band’s highest record ever, with 1.8 million copies sold on the first day alone.
