The third roster of 16 groups for the 'Grand Mint Festival 2024 (GMF2024),' which has received a lot of attention since revealing that it will take place for the first time as a domestic festival over a span of four days over two weeks, has been revealed.
GMF2024, which has graced the Olympic Park in the autumn for the past 17 years, has announced the operation of three stages (Mint Breeze Stage, Loving Forest Garden, and Bright Lab) as well as the large-scale appearance of 68 artists/groups. The already confirmed line-up includes 'Daybreak,' 'Bang Yedam,' 'Bol4,' 'OWALLOIL,' 'JisokuryClub,' 'TOUCHED,' 'PEPPERTONES,' 'Ha Dong On,' 'KACHISAN,' '10CM,' 'Kwon Jin Ah,' 'Glen Check,' 'KIM FEEL,' 'DVWN,' 'So Soo Bin,' 'THE SOLUTIONS,' 'THORNAPPLE,' 'E SENS,' 'Lee go do,' 'Dragon Pony,' 'LUCY,' 'Redoor,' 'MeloMance.' 'Bulldog Mansion', 'N.Flying', 'Zitten', 'HANROROO,' 'FRankly,' 'KYUHYUN,' 'Kim Suyoung,' 'Band Na,' 'SORAN,' 'Shin In Ryu,' 'YdBB,' 'Heo Hoy Kyung,' 'Isaac Hong,' 'HYNN,' and 'KIM JAE HYUNG.'
On Saturday, October 26th, DAY6, who are currently dominating both music and performances after releasing their 9th mini album and announcing their third world tour on the 2nd, and singer-songwriter FROMM, who recently completed his album release and solo concert, will take the stage. The second day, Sunday the 27th, features a performance by WE ARE THE NIGHT, the original vocalist of TikTok's summer hit of the year, Tiramisu Cake. In addition, the bands SURL and Lacuna, who finished their state wide tour "KIDS" this summer, will reunite at GMF to recreate the enthusiasm.
On Saturday, November 2nd, the first day of the second week, rapper pH-1, who has grabbed the ladies hearts, will play live with his band for the first time, as will dori, a new musical powerhouse who has covered many popular drama OSTs. On the final day of the schedule, Sunday, November 3rd, ATEEZ will play with a festival set with a band, dancers, and a specialised production team who have already performed at world-class festivals such as Coachella in the United States, Mawazine in Morocco, and Summer Sonic in Japan. It is rare for a domestic idol group to prepare a solo concert-level stage for a domestic event, and fans have great expectations. Furthermore, SWEET SORROW, who is well-known in the public for countless hit songs that have been well-received for a long time, will seek to connect with the audience through a nostalgic stage performance.
In addition, 7 new groups were announced for the 'Bright Lab' stage, which promotes new artists. Over the course of four days, twenty performers are anticipated to enjoy performances at the newly created outdoor Bright Lab.
Meanwhile, GMF2024 surged to first place in the daily ticket sales rankings as soon as the official ticket sale began, and is receiving explosive responses and praise such as, "GMF is the best in autumn," by simultaneously summoning performances by the current top artists who have swept both music and performances, as well as stages that have received rave reviews at large-scale festivals around the world. Official tickets for the 'Grand Mint Festival 2024' which will be held at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu on October 26-27 and November 2-3, can be reserved through Interpark and YES24.
