Six months after their 3rd Mini Album EASY landed them their first-ever Billboard Hot 100 single, LE SSERAFIM are back, as fearless as ever, with their latest 4th Mini Album CRAZY.
Consisting of five tracks—“Chasing Lightning,” “CRAZY,” “Pierrot,” “1-800-hot-n-fun,” and “Crazier”—CRAZY enlightens listeners to embrace what makes their hearts race, despite uncertainty, and “just go crazy together with LE SSERAFIM.” Featuring bold genre choices ranging from EDM-style house to rock, each track underscores the fearless quintet’s ongoing quest to pave their own path through musical diversity and expansion. HUH YUNJIN also makes her debut as main producer with the track “Crazier,” further adding to the album’s authenticity.
Released today, the music video for lead single “CRAZY” is a continuation of the unexpected, showcasing an eccentric yet polished performance that complements the track’s catchy sound. Set against intriguing backdrops that transition from a bathhouse to an aquarium, the quintet continues to defy the norms in a world of conformity, executing flawless voguing moves and striking a pose even when stumbling over a bar of soap. In perfect synchronisation, the unrivaled performers collaborated with the renowned international voguing dance crew, Iconic House of Juicy Couture, putting a spotlight on the allure and glamor of voguing.
The oddly beautiful visuals, including a body morphing into a deflated balloon and a goldfish leaping out from a head, vibrantly mix quirky and surreal charm, sparking imagination. As seen throughout the video, LE SSERAFIM’s approach to finding order within chaos encourages viewers to break free from routine, embrace spontaneity, and choose to be “CRAZY.”
